The Tyca Festival (Taunton Youth, Culture and Arts) launches this year at a gala evening with Sir Tim Rice. The evening will showcase some of the amazing array of songs that he has written over the years such as ‘A Whole New World’ from Disney’s Aladdin and ‘Hakuna Matata’ from the Lion King.
