The railings around St Andrew’s Church Hall in the Rowbarton area of Taunton are once again decorated with knitting and craftwork by St Andrew’s Church’s Yarnbombing Group!
This time, the theme of ‘Welcoming the Spring’ has encouraged the Yarn Bombers to use bright colours to make an array of flowers which are attached to garden trellis and complemented by yards of tuille, a line of prayer ribbons and pompoms in the trees.
St Andrew’s Yarn Bombers have been busy during the pandemic with the aim of brightening up the Rowbarton area and giving those waiting at the traffic lights around the one-way system near the church, something to smile about.
Easter will see more colour being added to the display. do you like our gallery below?
